Organic chia oil, cold-pressed
The new power oil from Mexico
Chia seeds have not been a secret of healthy nutrition followers for a long time now. These seeds have long since found their way into European kitchens and enhance meals with flavor and valuable substances. Whoever wants to do it the easy way however, reaches for chia oil.
Chia oil from Pödör is made from seeds sourced from organic cultivation and has not been refined. Only selected chia seeds from Mexico find their way into the press for this natural oil. This oil has many uses in the kitchen and is a good alternative to rapeseed oil.
Uses for organic, cold-pressed chia oil
Chia oil is variable in its uses as it can be used just as well as, or instead of, rapeseed oil or olive oil. In opposition to most cold-pressed oils, chia oil is also suitable for heating and frying.
This valuable oil, whose fine flavor reminds one a little bit of nuts, is a popular ingredient for salad dressings, mueslis and freshly pressed juices. In the aforementioned juices, chia oil enables vitamins to be optimally absorbed by the human body. Many Pödör customers simply consume chia oil pure every morning. Just one tablespoonful per day ensures the provision of important vital substances.
