Pödör Blackcurrant Balsamico Crema is an intense, fruity, balsamic vinegar specialty perfect for those who love exceptional flavors.

The hand-picked, sun-matured blackcurrant grains are first squeezed and then, with great care and skill, fermented into a special, creamy balsamic vinegar.

Tips

Blackcurrant balsamico crema is especially good for flavoring sauces, making salads and crowning desserts like strudel, ice cream or sorbet.

Even a few drops are enough to conjure a fruity treat from a glass of mineral water or prosecco.

Ingredients: reduced blackcurrant juice (27%), reduced red grape juice, agave syrup, blackcurrant balsamico (blackcurrant fruit vinegar, fruit dessert wine, reduced blackcurrant juice, honey 1%, antioxidant: potassium disulfite).

STORAGE

The vinegar should be stored in a place protected from light, sealed hermetically. Under these conditions it has a virtually indefinite shelf life.

The sediment at the bottom of the bottle is natural, not a sign of poor quality.

An unfiltered, undiluted fruit vinegar, so shake it before use!
