Sea buckthorn is one of the most valuable domestic fruits. Due to its unmistakable bitter taste, it is called "Northern lemon". It has exceptionally high content of vitamin C, which is many times higher than that of citrus fruits in general.
Cellulose in sea buckthorn berries contains the valuable Bio sea buckthorn oil, which is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids and carotenoids.
During the production of the Pödör organic sea buckthorn oil, all valuable components of the whole fruit are ground. The gentle process ensures that valuable vitamins, minerals, fiber and fruit acids are retained.

The best before date applies to unopened bottles. After opening, store it cooled and use up in 3 weeks. Shake well before use!
Recommended daily requirement (nutrient reference value) according to NRV 1169/2011VO (EU) 30-50 mlé neat or diluted with water. (1:10 ratio)
It can be sweetened with honey or fruit juices, according to taste.
Excellent for yougurt, cereal, smoothie, but it is a perfect choice for crowning cocktails or sweets as well.
