Peel and chop the onion finely.
Put the cottage cheese and the cream sour in a bowl. Mash it with a fork.
Mix the finely chopped onion and then the finely chopped parsley.
Add the flaxseed oil.
Season it with salt and pepper while mixing it.
We recommend this spread with fresh, home-made bread or rye bread, toasted baguette, sea bread, but it is also excellent with raw vegetables (carrots, cucumber, green pepper).
If you have a sensitive stomach or would wish to eat the cottage cheese in the morning, we suggest that you stir- fry the finely chopped onion until it’s glassy in a pan, in 1 spoonful of oil (on low heat) for 2-3 minutes.
