Production

Take a smaller bowl and pour the sour cream and the cream cheese in it. Add the pressed garlic, the finely chopped chives and the castor sugar. Salt and pepper it according to taste.  Add half a teaspoon of apple balsamico.

Add 3 tablespoons of Styrian pumpkin seed oil and mix it thoroughly with the cream.

You can serve it on bread with some fresh chives, and it tastes delicious on sandwiches or with meats. Makes an excellent spread for veggies.
