Production

Peel the mango and the asparagus. Wash the asparagus thoroughly. Remove the kernel of the mango.

Slice the fruits and veggies, and place them in a blender. Pour on the squeezed orange juice. Add the ice, water (the consistency of the smoothie can be controlled by the quantity of the water), then the oils and the balsamic vinegar. Mix it all well with the help of the blender.
