Detoxifying veggie shake
Although the body is capable of performing the vital detoxification processes by itself, we may want to give it a push from time to time by the conscious consumption of specific foods and drinks. The heart and soul of this detoxifying veggie shake is the asparagus and the milk thistle oil, which are known to enhance detoxification.
Production

Wash the green asparagus and cut off the woody ends. Cut the cleaned, tender asparagus parts into 3 cm long pieces.

Cut the avocado in half, remove its pit, and scrape out its soft flesh with a spoon.

Wash and dice the cucumber.

Put all your ingredients in a mixing bowl, and blend them together until creamy. Enjoy your veggie shake right away!
