Blueberry smoothie with poppy seed oil
Besides being truly delicious, blueberries are a valuable anti-oxidant source. Together with some poppyseed oil and Sour cherry balsamico plus a little poppy seed flour, you can create a superb and healthy smoothie from them.

Wash the fruits and cut up the banana and the zucchini.

Place the ingridients in the blender, and then pour on the milk, the balsamic vinegar and the oils.

Finally, add the poppy seed flour and blend them together.
