Production

Put all the ingredients in a kitchen chopper. Make sure that all the ingredients are the same temperature or else the mayonnaise will not be smooth and creamy. In our experience, it is refrigeration temperature that is the most appropriate for reaching the best consistency.

Chop the ingredients for about  10 seconds until it reaches mayonnaise consistency.
