Production

Put all ingredients in the blender. It is important that all ingredients have the same temperature, otherwise the mayonnaise does not turn creamy. In our experience, the best consistency can be achieved with ingredients at refrigerator temperature.

Blend the ingredients for 10 seconds until the mayonnaise becomes more consistent.
