One of the most versatile and most delicious fruits of the spring season is the strawberry, from which you can create wonderfully healthy shakes, too. What makes this strawberry shake really substantial is the tigernut flour and what makes it very healthy is the cold pressed oils in it.
Wash the fruits and cut up the zucchini.
Place the ingredients in the glass of a blender. Pour on the milk, the vinegar and the oils.
Finally, add the tigernut flour, too, and blend them all together. Let it rest for 20-30 minutes to give time for the tigernut flour to soak up liquid and make the shake creamy.
