This summer fruit shake can be a great favorite with melon lovers. The currants and the balsamic vinegar lend this watermelon shake a sweet-sour taste whereas the camelina oils and the chia seeds render it rich in omega-3 fatty acids.
Pick the currants off their stems and wash them.
Remove the pits of the watermelon and cut it into pieces.
Place the fruits in the glass of a blender, and add the blackcurrant vinegar, the camelina oil, the chia seeds and some ice cubes. Blend it until pulpy.
