Bring some variety into your morning or lunch sandwich, and spread it with some home-made rucola pesto instead of the mundane butter. It is not only delicious but also very healthy, due to the cold pressed oils in it.
Cut the soft goat cheese into thin slices.
Wash the tomatoes and slice them into rings.
Cut the bread rolls in half and spread both their sides with the rucola pesto.
Pile the sliced ham, rucola and tomato on the rolls.
