Cucumber salad with Pödör Poppy Seed Oil, asparagus, sour cream and salmon

Production

Wash and peel the asparagus and the cucumber, and then slice them together with the radish.

Serve the veggies on the smoked salmon.

Pour the sour cream in a small bowl and add to it some cherry fruit vinegar.

Add some poppy seed oil.

Mix in the horseradish and season your salad with salt and sugar to taste.

Pour the sour cream sauce on the salmon salad, and sprinkle it with some chives.
