We recommend this simple yet excitingly piquant sesame-honey flavored cucumber salad as a perfect accompaniment to roasts and grilled meats. Make sure that you chill it well and that you sprinkle your dish with sesame seeds only before serving.
Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise, scrape out its core and dice its flesh into small cubes. Salt it and let it rest for 10 minutes, removing the juice it has let at the end.
