If you like having a little nosh from time to time but in a healthy way - and don’t we all? - this fruit quinoa salad recipe is for you. What makes it so memorably delicious is the honey and apricot seed oil flavoring.
Bring the water (1 l) to a boil and then cook the quinoa seeds in it for 15-20 minutes. When it is done, drain and cool it.
Dice the kiwis and the apple. Deseed the pomegranate and mix them into the quinoa.
Mix together the apricot seed oil, the honey, the vanilla and the apricot vinegar and then toss it together with the quinoa salad.
Enjoy it well cooled.
