Fruit rice pudding

With the weather getting warmer, we tend to be craving cold and fruit desserts. What makes the classic fruit rice pudding even more wholesome is the chia oil, rich in omega-3, and what makes it even more delicious is the Sour cherry balsamico in this recipe.

Pour the milk and the water in a pan and bring it to a boil together with the scraped vanilla, the lemon rind, the salt, cinnamon and cloves. Add the rice to the almond milk mix, cover it, and then cook it at low heat for 20-25 minutes, stirring it a few times.

When the rice has been boiled, remove the pan from the fire, mix in the honey and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.

Meanwhile, clean and cut into cubes the kiwi and the apricot. Before serving, mix the Pödör chia oil and the Pödör Sour cherry balsamico into the pudding and then add the apricot and kiwi pieces as well as the berries.
