With summer coming, there comes the season of cold desserts. This marvelous fruit yoghurt ice cream is made even more special and wholesome by the fresh carrot sticks.
In a bowl, mash the banana and then mix it together with the plain yoghurt, the milk, the honey, the blackcurrant balsamic vinegar and the berries.
Put the honey mix in small paper glasses.
Stick a thin carrot in each of the glasses. Place the filled glasses into the freezer for 3 hours.
You can replace the almond milk with any other vegetable milk or plain dairy milk.
