Remove the seeds of the bell peppers (or peppers of different colors), and then cut it into small strips.
Slice the purple onion.
Take the broccoli flowers apart.
In a wok skillet, start searing the grated garlic, the grated ginger, the chili and the purple onion on two spoonfuls of baking rapeseed oil.
After a minute, add the broccoli flowers and sear them for 1-2 more minutes. Finally, add the bell pepper cut into strips as well as the purple onion. Salt and pepper it. Sear it for 2-3 minutes, sprinkling it with a spoonful of cherry vinegar in the meantime.
When the dish has cooled to 50-60 °C, mix in the piedmont hazelnut oil. Garnish it with coarsely crushed piedmont hazelnuts.
