Grease a rectangular baking form with butter and sprinkle it with 2-3 tablespoonfuls of oat bran. Put all the ingredients in a big bowl.
With a kitchen spoon, mix the ingredients until you get a creamy dough.
Pour the dough into the prepared baking form. Set the oven at 160°C (320°F) and bake the bread for 65-70 minutes. When it is done, let it cool for 10 minutes on a baking grill before removing it from the baking form. Then let it cool completely.
Size of the baking form: 25x11 cm (10x4 in).
Baking time: 70 minutes
Preparation time: 8-10 minutes
Pre-warm the oven to 200°C (392°F), using the top and bottom baking program.
