Millet was somewhat neglected for quite a while but recently it has been rediscovered by the reform kitchen. No wonder, as it is believed to be a super grain because of its beneficial effects. Millet flakes mixed with buckwheat will make an excellent morning porridge with just a few minutes of cooking and crowned with some argan oil.
Boil the rice milk in a saucepan and pour in the millet and buckwheat flakes.
Add a pinch of salt and cinnamon, and cook it for 3-5 minutes, stirring it continuously. Pull it off the fire, mix in the honey and let it rest for a few minutes.
Enjoy it warm with apple petals and dashed with some argan oil and apple balsamico crema.
