Mint cantaloupe salad

It is common knowledge that cantaloupe tastes truly delicious with mature ham but do you also know a way to make the experience even more divine? In this recipe, cantaloupe is combined with mint and tomato.

Cut the cantaloupe into various shapes – thin slices, balls or cubes.


Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.


Put the apricot vinegar in a small, closeable jar and add the salt. Allow some time for the salt crystals to dissolve.


Add the camelina oil, the pepper and the finely snipped mint leaves. Close the jar and shake its contents thoroughly to help the ingredients mingle.


Toss the dressing carefully together with the melon and the tomatoes. Chill it and then serve it with the ham, garnished with some mint leaves.
