Often, it is the simplest cakes that are the most delicious. What renders this plum crumble absolutely unforgettable is the crispy poppy seed crumbs and the silky apple balsamico crema.
Wash the plums and remove their pits. Cut each into 8 slices.
Place the plum slices in a baking form of 20x30 cm, and sprinkle them with cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Put the flours, the oat flakes, 50 g of sugar and the poppy seeds in a mixing bowl and knead it to crumbly consistency together with the poppy seed oil.
Sprinkle the crumble on the plums and bake it in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 15-20 minutes or until the crumble turns golden brown. Enjoy it while still hot. Sprinkle 1-2 teaspoons of apple balsamico crema on each portion.
