Pour 1 tablespoon of apple balsamico into a jar with a closable lid. While preparing the dressing, make sure you follow the order of steps and always use a glass-walled dish. Add apple balsamic mustard, salt and pepper.

Add 4 tablespoons of pumpkin seed oil.

Close the lid of the glass dish, and shake the dressing thoroughly.
