Pour 2 tablespoons of apricot fruit vinegar into a glass jar with a closable lid. When preparing the dressing, it is important that you follow the order of steps and that you always use a glass walled dish.
Salt and pepper it to taste. Add the hazelnut mustard and the apricot seed oil.
Close the lid of the jar and shake the dressing thoroughly.
Wash the salad leaves well and then dry them off.
In a mixing bowl, toss the salad together with the dressing.
Place it on a plate, and decorate it with the washed, pitted and sliced apricots. Finally, sprinkle it with the 4, sliced apricot seeds.
