If we wish to convert to a healthier lifestyle, sesame seeds are definitely worth being included in our diet. One of the ways we can do this is by making a delicious sandwich cream from it. In this recipe, we show a piquant, Mediterranean variety.

Place it in the glass of a blender together with the other ingredients, and pour on it as much water as would cover it at a finger’s width.
Blend it until creamy.
Tip:
Closed in a box, it will last for 4-5 days.
