Sesame seed pesto

There is amazing variety in the ways pesto can be prepared and also in the ways it can be used. Our sesame seed pesto recipe is a gorgeous accompaniment to grilled meats and baked vegetables but it tastes equally delicious in pastas or sandwiches.

Roast the sesame seeds in an empty, coated pan until you can feel its aroma. Cool them.


Wash the parsley, absorbing the moisture with a kitchen paper towel,  and then chop it finely. Clean the garlic and cut it into smaller pieces.


Finally, place all ingredients in a kitchen chopper and blend them until creamy.


Cherry vinegar harmonizes especially well with the flavor of sesame seed oil. 
Put the prepared pesto in a sterilized, clean jar, pour some sesame seed oil on top, and store it in a fridge. It will keep fresh for 2-3 weeks like this.
