If you are craving some dessert in the heat of the summer, a well chilled mousse can be an absolute winner. This raspberry chocolate mousse recipe is a delight not only for the palate but also for the eye. And its preparation is a piece of cake!
Whip the cream into a stiff foam, together with the powdered sugar.
Grate the cold chocolate.
Mix the cream together with the Greek yoghurt and divide the mixture in two.
Mix the grated chocolate and the piedmont hazelnut oil into the first half of the cream, and 70 g crushed raspberries and the raspberry balsamic vinegar into the other.
Layer the mousse in glasses. To serve, garnish it with raspberries and fresh mint leaves.
