The first star fruit of the spring is strawberry, from which we can make a magnificent mousse. In our strawberry yoghurt cream recipe, it is the poppy seed oil and the 2 kinds of fruit balsamico that lend a special flavor to this delicious dessert.
Wash the strawberries, cut off their leaves and cut them into quarters. Set aside 3 pieces for decoration.
Blend the Greek yoghurt together with the poppy seed oil, the blackcurrant balsamico, the honey and 6 or 7 finely snipped lemon balm leaves.
Put 1-1 spoonfuls of yoghurt cream onto the bottom of 3 glasses and place half of the strawberries on it. Repeat the procedure. Cool the dessert well, and serve it with 1-1 teaspoonful of apple balsamico crema and the rest of the lemon grass leaves. Enjoy!
