These tomato boats stuffed with green herbs and cottage cheese are bound to be the highlight of birthday parties. Your kids will simply love it but they are irresistibly delicious for young and old alike.
Wash the tomatoes and cut them lengthwise. Scrape out their inside and remove the stem parts.
Mix the cottage cheese together with the pumpkinseed oil, the apple balsamico, the salt and pepper and the finely chopped green herbs.
Stuff the tomato halves with the cottage cheese cream and chill them in a fridge. Cut them into boat shapes before serving.
