Clean the zucchini and cut it into thin stripes.
Fine chop the dill and add it to the zucchini.
Mix the zweigelt grape seed oil and the apple vinegar with 2 pinches of salt and pepper, and add it to the veggie mix. Let it rest for 10 minutes. If you find it too sour, sweeten it to taste with some honey.
Before serving, toss it with the diced feta cheese.
When preparing the dressing, make sure that you follow the order of steps and always use a glass jar. First, mix the Pödör apple vinegar with the salt and pepper and then add the oil slowly. Shake the jar continuously until the oil and the vinegar nicely blend.
